Even though they was a scheduling error and my appointment wasn’t showing up on their calendar and they had already completed there last car they were able to squeeze me in and complete my service promptly and with excellent service.

I bought the $99 maintenance package which I’ve been happy with. Claudio Zamudio was quick to greet me and was Very helpful throughout the appointment. It was quick too! My only complaint is that the complimentary car wash has been unavailable for my last 3 appointments, which is one of the reasons I bought the package in the 1st place. Everything else is good!

Service dept employee Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my repairs and got my repairs done at a reasonable price and within a very short time period .. will not take my vehicle anywhere else.. was treated like family!!!

SB Nissan has been very accommodating when scheduling service appointments, and very understanding when needing to reschedule. The staff has been very professional and courteous.

Went to a few different dealerships and were unable to find a dealership that would offer us a decent trade in price for our current car and they were about to get us the car we wanted for the price we could afford.
My time there was really good. I was able to get my car looked at at a good time period and I was also given a shuttle to go back home a while they looked in at my car.
He helped me so much when I didnt know what 2 do he did more then he should of did 4bme I really appreciate him

This was the 3 rd Nissan sealer I had been to in a week. They did not take my current car keys as hostage as the others did. Made it a happy fun experience. Easy to work with and actually had the car that was advertised. Other 2 car dealers did not. Loved them

Lots of cars in line on Saturday morning, but I was checked in pretty quickly and service was good. Disappointed that a complimentary car wash wasn’t included, especially since I had previously purchased the oil change package.
I financed my vehicle through Larry H Miller Nissan in San Bernardino the process took a couple of hours but they were determined to get me onto a vehicle. My credit is less than perfect with a repo a couple of years ago. I appreciate this dealership for getting me financed & I am grateful. I get 3 oil changes a year with my vehicle purchase, and I love it. They have a shuttle to drop you off and pick you up they make sure your vehicle is safe to drive before you leave so I say give them a try ...
Jordan answered all my questions and also gave me more information about my services. Also told me about all services they have available and kept in touch with me about my car when it was completed.
they went up and above had me in and out within 45mins of what i was informed that it would take 1.5 to 2 hours everything was complete and explained thoroughly very great service thx richard

My service manager Richard was awesome and went above and beyond. He even washed my car which i appreciated greatly. My car needed new brakes and an oil change. Friendly staff but be prepared to wait along time just for simple maintenance on your vehicle even if you have an appt. Also not all staff will acknowledge you while your waiting to be checked in upon drive up. I had to wait quite a few minutes before my advisor finally approached me.

Soon after I got out of my car to leave it for service, there was an employee preparing my paperwork. Steve checked my car in, and he clearly explained what needed to be done. I appreciated his willingness to explain everything to me as well as his professional, polite manner. While I was waiting for my car, Vlado, the mechanic, and Steve came into the waiting room to show me the worn out break shoes and told me what had to be done to maintain my breaks.
