We had a wonderful experience buying a used car for my mother-in-law at Nissan of San Bernardino! We couldn't have worked with a better salesman, Johnathan Lopez. He was very courteous, not pushy, answered all our questions and was understanding of her needs. I drop my 2021 Nissan Titan last Wednesday because have some problems with shifting from park to drive I call few times to trenda Garcia service advisor for a update never answered live a few messages she never call me back I decided to go to the dealer on Saturday and they said truck is ready but didn’t fix the problem when a get to my truck I noticed that diagnostic computer cable was holding on the floor technician leave a mess also customer service is very poor everybody looks like they have a bad day

Poor communication and techs lack knowledge/skill in major repairs. They take weeks to return a phone call; and they don’t tell you what’s going on or keep you abreast of updates. GM prioritizes covering up sloppy customer service as does their “advocate” Brooke. After keeping 2020 Nissan for 5+ months, they were still unable to determine cause of failure, work stoppage only at partial engine tear down. Highly discourage anyone from stepping foot at this service center. All they do is cover their behinds for poor work.

Chad in service was great! He really helped me in all aspects while my car was being serviced he even got me a loaner car as my car needed to stay there for a few days. I bought and always service my car here, I love it!

My only complaint is that the complimentary car wash has been unavailable for my last 3 appointments, which is one of the reasons I bought the package in the 1st place. Everything else is good!

This is the worst service I have ever had. They never return phone calls and refuse to help solve issue.I have tried calling several times, no return phone calls. My truck broken into at Nissan Technicians home and I was informed they are not responsible. Paul did not want to help me since their insurance co said they needed the receipts he informed me to have my insurance agent call him. He is very Rude. Still as of today 2-13-20 waiting for a phone call. Incident happened on 1-17-20.

I saw an online ad for a truck I wanted with a good final price. I contacted the dealership and they agreed to that final price over the phone. I drove about 2 hours to get there and they said the final price we agreed to over the phone did not include dealer add-ons that were already installed, which bumped up the price by over $1500. SB Nissan has been very accommodating when scheduling service appointments, and very understanding when needing to reschedule. The staff has been very professional and courteous.

Don't go worst Customers service i ever experienced. Came in for a oil change after they told me its needs to be a lot done. I got the car with 85000 miles . They told me transmission fluid and coolant,spark plugs. I got new spark plugs when i got the Car. Transmission fluid under 100000 never heard that before. Overall not a got service

Went to a few different dealerships and were unable to find a dealership that would offer us a decent trade in price for our current car and they were about to get us the car we wanted for the price we could afford.

My time there was really good. I was able to get my car looked at at a good time period and I was also given a shuttle to go back home a while they looked in at my car.

I placed an appointment 6 days prior to the service because I was told on the initial day I couldn’t be helped for an oil change and a slight alignment adjustment.
